Just a little. Not too much. 1/2 - 1 inch.

My pinky is at the bottom of the handle... so whatever that results in.

the more racket length you have, the more power you can generate. so the lower you hold your racket, the more power you can have. ive seen some people hold their racket half on the hand and half off. i dont recomment this because its hard to grip it hard, but it does generate more power.

the bottom of my hand/pinky is resting comfortably on the ridge for fh, choke up roughly 1-2 inches for volleys, 2nd serve and backhand

Just started letting my pinky hang off and it was kind of weird but my shots seemed better. I saw that on a tennis channel tip and tried it. After the adjustment I like it.
Mine is all Ivan Lendl style, Charlie Rose batting style.
I choke up on the handle just like them. Just keep hitting the singles, forget about the home runs.

That is a lot of space... And .5 inch is totally different for 1 inch when talking about how high you choke up on your racquet.

my pinky is barely on the end of the handle for most shots. i move it up slightly when i volley so the pinky is completely on the handle. for serving, my pinky is off the handle

Not much. I like to use the butt of the racquet (the wider part) against tge heel of my palm to help with control and power. I use it as leverage with a looser grip and use it as a fulcrum (??spelling).

Oh are we talking about the serve? I mean tfor my groudnstrokes and volleys.
For the serve, I have three fingers on the racquet - pinky is off. Massive pop.

A coach taught me once to choke up on returns if I'm really nervous so sometimes I do that. I was also taught to serve with my pinky off. If I need to relax my arm on my serve more than I'm doing (this is a constant battle for me...even when I think I'm relaxed sometimes I'm not) I'll practice serves with only three fingers holding the racquet.

I should edit to say two fingers and my thumb on that last bit...

I know some may say two fingers. I think that is a little much. Three fingers and the pinky off should be plenty for the racquet to fly.
Concentrate more in the relaxation of the arm and shoulder. That pays big dividends. Couple that with the pinky off and a loose grip and a lot of power can be had.
For the serve, a lot of it is learning to use your body and non-dominant arm to speed up a relaxed arm. You are sort of flinging loose jello from a noodle of an arm. :)

My whole hand is above the butt of the racket. I choke up even more on top spin backhands when I remember.

My entire pinky is usually off the racquet, and I let the but cap rest in the middle of my palm, just sitting atop the meaty pad.

I thought I did the pinky off, but it looks like I keep the pinky mostly on (hanging off tiny bit).

The heel of my hand is at the very bottom of the grip. No fingers hanging off.

Found one BH pic, but it is pretty lame, as my bottom hand has shifted.

Yea, seems teh same for me. I use like the "trigger grip" and can feel the butt cap somewhat in my palm/heel of hand area.
