We are currently working on bringing back one more cult player's racquet. However, we are not currently in a position to say which vendor or model.

If you tell us it's the Dunlop Max 200G then we can officially proclaim that TW can indeed work miracles (i.e., walk on water) and make the absolutely impossible happen. :D

(BTW, this is indeed impossible since as we all know there was only one factory in the world (in England) that made this racquet and it was shuttered in 1992. )

The factory could be rebuilt. It could be insanely expensive, but it's possible... If it was done once, it could be done again. The question is does anyone want to spend the money? If I had it, I would spend it for that. I love the MAX 200G way too much!

I would LOVE for TW to get Head to make some more Pro Tour 280's. If they can have them made in China so the price isn't high I would definitely buy several. They can even be the prestrung ones that were last made.

They would also have to recreate and rebuild all the injection molding manufacturing equipment from scratch, which no longer exists. Yes, it would be prohibitively expensive and would not be a good return on investment. One of the reasons Dunlop stopped making the Max 200G was because they were very expensive to make and they couldn't really sell it for much more than competitors' racquets so the profit margin on them were very slim. In essence, the company was bankrupting itself by continuing to make them so they had to shut it down. :-(

TW brought both the PS 6.0 85 and the PS 6.0 95 back. They are just currently sold out of both.

Well with the resurrection of all these old threads at least we know people are using the search feature :)

You're right. I hate it when someone brings back these old DEAD threads, instead of starting a new one.

I know, isn't that great? I love seeing some of these past discussions and minor topics come up! It's funny, when I was younger I never looked back at all.
