On the Tennis Warehouse website the Dunlop Aerogel 300 strung weight is listed at 10.9 oz. On a couple of competitor web sites the strung weight is listed as 11.6 oz. This is a fairly substantial difference! Does anyone have a feel for the accurate strung weight for the Aerogel 300? I currently play with the old 300G, and want to know the accurate numbers for the current model.

Right at 11.0 ounces strung. 11.6 is absolutely incorrect.

See my signature. I think it's closer to 324 than 309. I've played w/ it too.

I have two in front of me. One weights 308 and the other 309. Strung with no overgrip or dampener.

I saw the 11.6 at Ho****** Sports and at Mi***** Sports. I thought the first one I encountered might be a mistake, but when I saw it at a second website it made me wonder. By the way, both of those websites appear to be reputable, and are run by merchants who advertise regularly in Tennis magazine. Perhaps they are simply printing the specs that Dunlop provides? If so, and if 11.6 is wrong, why would Dunlop provide the wrong specs? i have heard rumors of an Aerogel 300 Tour available in Europe, and perhaps Dunlop mistakenly provided these merchants with the 300 Tour specs....

There is no such thing as a "tour" AG 300. There is an aerogel 300 with 16x18 string pattern available here in Europe but even that is supposed to be 320 grams strung (that's roughly 11.3 of your "oz" I think).

FWIW, my AG300 16x19 weighs in at 320g (11.3oz) w/gut 17g, yonex supergrap overgrip, and gamma worm dampener.
