If they are really going to make a new one I really hope they do something about the stiffness my goodness or something to make it even more arm friendly. They are truly great racquet's but they just mess up peoples arms like crazy. Look at nadal he even has a wrist injury form playing with those things.

If their is a new pure drive coming out that would be awesome but, babolat hasn't released all their rackets in cortex yet, so why would they make a new pure drive.

There wont be new pure drive...the Cortex is selling great.

yea the cortexes are selling like hot cakes

After demoing the Babolat PDR, i ended up buying a PDR from a guy that was selling it for $100 bucks plus shipping. I would have to say its been the best racket i have used so far. Ive also demoed the k90 but in the end i thought the PDR was a much better racket.

There is no reason for Babolat to come out with a replacement Pure Drive series of racquets. They already have the Pure Drive Cortex, and the Pure Drive Roddick with Cortex, which are selling, and they were released when, last year? Also consider that Babolat does not update their series every two years like Wilson, Head, or even Price which seems to release new replacement series every year.
