Yeah there aren't too many that play with glasses. I would say that if they need prescription lenses they go to contacts. Plain and simple. Easier to deal with when you are sweating like crazy.

Martina Navratilova has played with glasses before, though she didn't always:

Tipsarevic is showing off. I know that those are just sun glasses not fir bad sight, we spoke on this matter. He also has like 10 earings and 3 piercings and 4 tatoos etc. Extrovert character.

Nope. But you know Janko was a top junior for 3 years, nr 1. He never reached the heights he was predicted to due to physical limit but hes a usefull player, just too flashy and trying to get attention all over the place !

Physical limit?

176, not a lot of power in it and not gifted in any department like for example cheng was fast as lightning etc. When he meets nadals, or blakes, they overpower him easilly.

Also the range of vision is limited with glasses.

Tipsarevic doesn't play with glasses any more so he most have lenses now.

Approximately 160 million people in the US wear glasses or contact lenses. (Source: Walker, T.C. and Miller, R.K. 2001 Health Care Business Market Research Handbook, fifth edition, Norcross (GA): Richard K. Miller & Associates, Inc., 2001.)

Applying this data , half of tennis players would would indicate that half of players wear corrective lenses of some kind, or may have had laser surgery. Seems like an important thing for tennis...being able to see the ball and the court.

There is no way of knowing who these players are unless they mention it, or unless they wear glasses.
