I brought from TW 5 months ago and they just sent the racket with no problems at all.

When I just tried I have to go through all this authorisation stuff. Like a copy of both sides of the card, a signature, personal ID and the address and phone number of my bank.

When did this system come in? It is a lot of hassle and by the time it gets to America by post I doubt that the POG LB's will be still on sale.

Do they have fax machine in England?

Will Tennis-Warehouse accept faxes?

I am in Canada and they didn't ask me for all that stuff. Then again I live in a province in America.

Do they have issues with the Credit Card or Credit Card user (i.e. you)?

Ask T-W if they take faxes. Blow off steam is nice but why don't you call them?

Please let us know what happens. I am really curious.

Nah i'm not letting of steam, just wondering when this new rule came in?

I actually wouldn't mind but I just want some POG Longbodies but I'm not to sure that they will still be there.

Also I don't think that it would be very safe sending all my credit card details with my signature and everything half way around the world. People could get hold of the info.

I will keep you updated on things.

Ah well, these things happen. I'm sure i'll find another way eventually :D
