Most polys offer very good spin potential, a few of the textured synthetic guts offer ok spin potential. The best polys for spin are probably the thinnest gauge Luxilon Big Banger ALU Rough (I think it's 18g, but I could be wrong).

What is this brand and who sells it?? and i tried the Signum Hexatrim today for the 1st time, and i thought it has alot of spin. as much as Luxilon alu power rough and Babolat pro hurr tour. Luxilon probably has more control but maybe it was cause i never tried Signum before ? I have to use it couple of more times before i know all the angles.;)

I just played with the MSV 1.10 Hex and really enjoyed it. Use a decent syn gut cross and you'll enjoy it. I wish TW would carry this string but they don't. You'll have to google MSV to find the sole distributor in the US.

I like their slogan, “Sharp Strings / Dull Packaging!”

It’s true too--their packages are dull looking:

Hey, those of you who have used MSV 1.10 Hex, can you comment on the arm-friendliness of the string, and compare it to other "comfort polys" like Poly Polar or synthetic guts like PSGD?

played three set with the 1.23 version. I absolutley love this string. Arm friendly and spin is great. I cannot coment on durability because I have only played three sets. I also cannot compare to blue pro supex because I am still awaiting the shipment; however blue gear is supposed to be a knock off of babolat hurricane...... And I do not like hurricane very much at all. MSV is superior to hurricane in just about every category.... Imo.
