Anybody have any tips on how to really get a second serve spinning and bouncing all over the place??

I would suggest producing enough racquet head speed is the key to both pace and spin on the kick serve (indeed, on any serve), assuming that you got everything else right.

Practice "explosiveness", that is, exploding upwards with the racquet from the backscratch position.

I agree. That's the only way. Oh, and don't neglect to have your arm loose.

Have a look at the Sticky here, including my posting on the Kick Serve on the 1st page of this thread:

Pronation only for flat serve??!

My suggestion: make sure you have a high trajectory of the ball and and low-to-high contact. Make sure you have lots of pronation.
