View Full Version : 2H BH question: Turn/rotate your body from the waist as you swing?

Are you supposed to turn your body as you swing through with a 2H BH? I know for a 1H BH you're not supposed to turn your body, but it feels more natural with a 2H BH for me.

For example on the backswing my chest is facing perpendicular to the net, but, at the end of followthrough, part of my chest is facing the net

I think you need to watch videos or better yet take lessons. It looks like you need some work on your mechanics.

Yes, you're supposed to have body rotation on a 2h bh.

2hbh is like a left handed forehand... so yes body rotation.

Correct. With a 1H BH, most players sort of pause near contact, then the shoulders open on the recovery.
