i know this is a tennis forum but i have some one who wants a badminton racket strung how do i do it

It's just like stringing a woodie, but you may have to adjust your machine to fit badminton racquets. On the Revo you have to move the supports back and flip them so the smaller divot is facing the inside.
As a general rule, with graphite frames I think the recommended tension on most is <25 or so. Many pro badminton players string in the high 30s, but their frames break sometimes.

What do you mean? Use tennis string?
You use pretty much the same techniques, just different string gauges, lower tension, and shared holes.
