Unless you are in an MRT training program then I wouldn't. But that's just me.

Anyone could call themselves an MRT in training then...

For those of you who are MRTs, what degree of knowledge is required? What's on the test?

You can call yourself anything you want. However, I'm sure OTHER people will call you something different.
