View Full Version : Leather Grip + Overgrip: Overgrip slips off end of handle

Frequently, my overgrip starts slipping off the end of my racquet handle. Anyone else ever encounter this problem?

The only overgrip that has not behaved this way (that I've tried) is Tournagrip Tacky. I have to replace it every 2 sets though and am looking for something a little more durable. Suggestions?

Thanks.

Maybe you're putting on your overgrip very loosely. Apply your overgrip with more tension and pulling. Never had any problems with mine on my babolat leather.

99.99% it's coz you don't pull the overgrip tight enough. I have no such problem with all overgrips I've tried in 12 years.

no matter how tight you pull the babolat white grip(nadal) it always seems to be coming off. Anyone had same exprience? I really liked that overgrip cause it was so thin but i had to go back to yonex supergrap cause it always came off loose.

In fact I saw some pictures of Nadal's grip where there were gaps between his grip.
