Problems with availability dates ???

Is there any major problem with KLIP strings ? Twice now an order placed for me by a friend in US has seriously missed the delivery date given by TW - which is a problem since the trip towards me is on a fixed date ... :(

There have been some recent delivery issues with Klip strings - most notably with natural gut production.

Any update on the availability of Klip gut? I ordered some rackets last week to be strung with Klip and I have no idea when I can expect to get them. Does TW offer a comparable substitute when they don't have a certain string in stock?
