So far i'm decently happy with my progress but lately I've been practicing and practicing but all i've gained is more consistency and comfort rather than the more explosive kick I want. I have my ideas but can anyone else help me diagnose my problem? I'm thinking more knee bend and faster racquet swing and i'm currently working on it.
Or maybe it is my racquet? k6.1 95 18X20 with Tournament Poly strung at 63 lbs, probably arond 60 lbs at the time this clip was taken. 10g lead tape in the handle.

I think you should loosen up your whole arm. I think you are kinda tight.

Your hand is too far up the grip which tightens your wrist and forearm preventing you from getting racquet acceleration. Try hitting serves with your pinky finger off the grip with a very loose grip and feel the weight of the racquet throughout the motion. Also, your toss needs to be further back to the left.

Technique definitely plays a factor but I've always favored more open string racquets to maximize my bread-and-butter s & v game.
I definitely make a concerted effort to be loosey-goosey when trying to hit a serve that'll kick up a ton.

First of all, thanks for putting the video up. I helps alot
Now, it's definitely not your racket. I can, with my 18 x 20 string pattern, generate some kick, and i've seen other people with tremendous success. I will admit, however, that the K95 tends to do better flat...
But anyways, the reason is simple: you're still hitting DOWN and driving through the ball. You may be swinging out correctly, but you're still not getting that UP. Doing this, however, is entirely different. You will actually have to kinda change your serve entirely, which will carry over to your first serve...but in an extremely good way. When I did it, my consistency went WAY up. It'll feel awkward at first, but just keep with it, and it'll do wonders.
See, you're coming through from the side, not the bottom-side. To do this, you have to keep your head up. That's the most important part. By that i mean you have to actually physically see your racket HIT the ball, and then look away after you've followed through (this doesn't matter that much, just AFTER you've hit the ball). So if you do this, adjust it so that you'll be hitting the ball on an UPWARDS path, also swinging out to get that twist. I believe this is the only way to get more kick. As of now, because i still haven't completely finished the transition yet, i hit my kick second softly, not an aggressive kick. But i can get it to kick and twist enough just using the momentum of the racket (as in arm's completely loose) to screw my opponent up.
Think about it. Try it. It'll work, if you do it right.

dacrymn is exactly right - you are hitting through the ball instead of brushing up on it. Keep your shoulders from rotating into the ball. Your shoulder should stay still (perhaps parallel to the net) and the racquet swing path is almost parallel to the baseline. In other words, you will be swinging way out to the right toward the right netpost, since you are right handed. Some of the pros finish way to the right side as well. Focus your motion on going up, not forward, and keep your head looking up even after the serve. After you get a lot of top spin, you can start working on adding more pace
