A Cubs/Yankees series would be a bonanza for TV ratings. I like the Red Sox & Yankees to advance to the next round. Phillies/Rockies and Cubs/D'Backs is a toss up as far as I'm concerned.

I think it's wide open, but the National League winner has about as much a chance as the NFC champion in football (i.e., very little).

Last year the Cardinals were fluky and got hot at the right time, and certainly that could happen again. But overall, the N.L. is pathetic.

Yanks. The redsox are fricken terrified of them, and the NL has got nothing.

Dbacks are a team of destiny this year it seems.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Rockies win it all this year. We saw last year, with the Cardinals, that a team that gets hot is very dangerous. They won 14 of 15 to get in, and have taken the first two against the favored Phillies. As long as the Yankees or the Red Sox don't win it, I'll be ok.

Colorado seems to be playing out of their minds. I look for a Rockies - RedSox world Series. Go Sox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On another note, I just read a stat that said the Yankees have never lost a playoff series where they lost the first game, and never won a series where they won the first game. Of course there's a first time for everything!

Rockies and D'Backs up 2-0...looking like they will play each other in the NLCS. Red Sox & Indians both up 1-0. I think the Angels are done but the Yankees still have a chance of advancing.

I totally agree with you. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see the Yankees pull of a win tonight and go back to NY to close it out. While a passionately hate the fan bases of the Yanks/Red Sox, it seems fitting that they should play in the ALCS. I really do like the Rockies going to the WS...they're hot, and no matter how much they get down, they fight back and find a way to win.

I'd say winner of the (probable) Rockies v. D-backs. I hope the D-backs win it all but they're my team, have been since lived in AZ.
