us sizing for racquets

just a quick one really wanted to order a couple of racquets but was a little confused by your sizing system.what is the equivalent of a L4 handle(what i want) in your conversion chart.

I believe a L4 is equivalent to a 41/2

Correct, a 4 is the equivalent to a 4 1/2.
Size runs as follows:
0 = even
1 = 4 1/8
2 = 4 1/4
3 = 4 3/8
4 = 4 1/2
5 = 4 5/8
