I used to be able to get free shipping if i was just making a small order for like a set of strings or a grip. It doesn't have that any more. Is there any way to get that still?

TW Staff, Is it still possible to get free shipping on small orders?

I have not heard of such a thing, unless special circumstances apply. Backorders, a previous TW shipping errer, for example. But free shipping for a small item, just because? In my existence here at TW, I've never heard of that. Maybe it was before my time, or a certain limited time special, I don't know.

To answer the question at this time. No. Jason, please interject if I'm missing something.

Spencer, TW.

As far as I know, Spencer is correct. Unless there was a special circumstance, there has been no shipping credits for small items.

FYI, if you are ordering just a few sets of string or a couple grips, you can choose 1st class mail as a shpping option, and thats only $1.50. If you want to know what can specifically go 1st Class Mail, please give us a call. 1-800-883-6647

As long as I can order anything I want for 7.95 2nd day air I will never complain about not getting free shipping on small stuff. The 2nd day deal is the sweetest guys.

Honestly the $7.95 2nd day air often times ends up making TW my choice so I hope they keep it around forever.

It's not typically an option online, you could place your order online and then call in to get it adjusted before it ships, if you prefer. When i've needed something small, that's how I do it. I prefer to keep my calls short and sweet ;)
