Can everybody interested on this list it here?

Just want to see what's the lowest tension everybody here like to play with while feeling great & best fit:

HYBRID:
Main/Tension: ?? / ??
Crosses/Tension: ?? / ??
Racquet: ??

FULL Poly:
Model/Tension: ??
Racquest: ??

Mine is:

HYBRID:
Main/Tension: SPPP1.23 / 51
Cross/Tension: Alpha Gut 2000 / 53
Racquet: Yonex RD-7

FULL Poly:
Model/Tension: Luxilon BB Original Rough / 51
Racquet: Fischer Vaccum Pro 98

But I'm just think whether I should try lower one such as 48/50 for the same combination or other choice for my Yonex RD-7. But I'm really not sure whether that tooooooooo low???

I usually don't use full poly, but if I were to...

HYBRID:
Cyberflash 17g / 58 lbs
Babolat Superfine Play 16g / 62 lbs
Dunlop M-fil 200 18x20 (leaded to even balance)

FULL POLY
Cyberflash 17g / 60 lbs
Dunlop M-fil 200 16x19 (leaded to even balance)

Lower tensions aren't bad, especially it you have arm problems. It's just, if you really wan't to be able to use racquet head speed, then you would have to do full poly if you want to go into the mid to low 40's (S&Vers don't apply).

Jonny, how do you find your m-fil 18x20 and why lead it up to even bal? do you play mainly baseline? Just got one and curious how it plays?

Sorry! Doh. Just seen by your sig that you play S+V but the question stands, why even bal? How do you find racquet for S+V

Actually, I am pure S&V, but I tend to stay back on my returns (habit, I guess). I like the dense pattern, as it feels more stable and it gives me more of a feel for the ball. It didn't have enough power to my liking so instead of having to go on a string and tension jamboree, I just started adding lead to the head till it was too powerful. It just happened to end up at even balance though, wasn't really my idea. It weighs about 13 oz now, and it really doesn't feel that heavy (I must be getting stronger, always have been a runner).

No prob, my real life friends all didn't know what it meant at first. I just went for something that was at least 12 oz and had a head size that was smaller then 97 sq in.

i like stringing poly at the lower end of the tension recommendation on the racquet. i usually string syn gut crosses at the same tension as poly mains because the poly loses tension.
