It is a good thing! It means someone joined the forum because you brought em here and "referred" them!

Yep, TP has got it right. This is covered in the FAQ sticky at the top of this subforum, as well. You might want to check if you have other questions. (unfortunately, I can't say that everything is covered..) :(
