it depnds on thetpye of player you are.since yu are using a microgel ill assume yur a pretty good player.. if yu want for hybrids i suggest mayb pro hurricanes tour/xcel premimum or natural gut whatever fits in your budget.
if that doest work try something like one of the big bangers i would highly recomend the alu powers.

Just strung my Extreme pro with Prince Syn Gut Multi 16g--will play with it tomorrow, but first impressions--the nat/gold color looks really good in the Extreme frame abd the string feels very nice to the touch--I may even hybrid it with some flor. yellow PSGD 17g just to look really sweet!:p

How was it with psgm and what was the tension? I have ordered PS Maxim touch and I am looking forward to it in my Extreme pros.

how was the PS Maxim touch?

I have ordered Maxim touch 17 and strung it at 58, same tension as Forten sweet 17 in my other Extreme; the tension was too high for me. I did not have the pocketing I like and have with the Sweet. I will have to string it at 55 or 56 to get the same feeling.

PSGM 16 was very nice in the Pro--very much a control oriented multi. I strung it at 60#, but would probable go with around 57-58#. The max touch is a great multi--more pop than the PSGM and definately a softer feel. I had teh Max Touch 16 in my Extreme (lighter version) and liked the feel--just could not control it--too much power. I have now moved on to a more flexible/less powerful frame as the Extremes were too much power and not too great on my elbow/shoulder. Great racquet--just a little too much for me. Good luck with it;)
