I've only been playing tennis for just over a year and I'm starting to play competitive matches. Every time I get on the court, my feet/legs feel heavy and my movement can get pretty lazy. Does anyone have a specific warm up routine or way to reduce this problem?

If you are serious about tennis and improving, then start running to build endurance. If you are tired during a match your footwork and form will suffer.
As to footwork, try the jumprope (best all-round), try running up stairs in various patterns, also, recently, I used a balance board- a board that lays on a cylinder and you shift your weight back and forth. I think it would also be good for footwork (but possibly dangerous).
