What is the difference between these 2 reels except for being different gauge ?

I'm very used to NRG 17g, and would like something similar or better feel.

i have tried the nrg2 , and isospeed pro. but now i am using isospeed pro as cross in hybrid with gut main...
found iso is not similar to nrg2...
iso is more muted, less pop, crisp, better control and more spin than nrg2..
have not try the iso control....

Well, what you picked are the "new" Control and the "classic" Professional. Between "classic" Control and "classic" Professional, the only difference is gauge. I don't think you'll find much info on the "new" Control and Professional on these boards yet, but the "classic" Control and Professional are widely discussed...

If they are both similar except for the gauge, the why do one set says "manufacturer recommends that stringers increase tension by 10%" ?

So they are no difference beside the gauge?
