Just wondering how other ps 6.0 95 users customized their rackets.

I have 6 inches of 1/4 inch lead tape at 12 and like it.

Any feedback is appreciated.. also to those who play stock.. how do you like it?

This is what I added in my friend's PS 85:

4 inches of 1/2 lead tape at 12

3 inches of 1/2 lead tape at 2 and 10

5 inches of 1/2 lead tape at throat

It felt better for serves, gave him more power for his ground strokes, and it was a little heftier (not very noticeable).

I use 2.5 inches of 1/4 inch lead at 10 and 2 o'clock.

More power/stability w/o sacrificing volleys.

However, I tend to shorten my swings when I get tired, so this weekend I am using PS 5.0 stock in a tournament.

i play stock cos i have no lead tape here.
i love it except that serves don't get that extra thing that say an nblade gives it. I am hoping to put a little lead on the 12 when i can get it.

as some say the upper hoop is a little dead. if i keep in mind that the sweetspot is closer to the throat i get excellent juicy shots. sometimes when i forget that and hit close to the 12 oclock, i get that lousy dead hit that just crosses the net.

i dont think i will ever leave the ps 6.0. i will just play a bit with tensions, and strings, and maybe lead tape next year.

I have a large grip on my PS6095 and this adds some 30 grams to the frame. This increases power and stability and it feels great to me. I string a little below the middle of the recommeded tension range.

Except for Yonex racquets, the grip size should not affect the overall weight of the racquet,

In fact, on Wilsons, most of mine with 4 3/8 grips are heavier than the ones with 4 1/2 grips, but I think that's just a coincidence and not by design.

You misunderstood me; perhaps I was not clear.

I always build up my grips to 5 inches and this adds from 20 to 40 grams depending on what I use to as the wrap. New grip, overgrips, double sided foam tape, duct tape, electrical tape, etc.
