How do you put a picture under your name like many of you do? I looked all through the profile to do this and no luck.

its under User CP -> Settings -> Edit Avatar

But, you are a New User, so maybe you haven't posted enough to enable that feature.

Yeah...you need 50 posts in sections other than Odds & Ends to get an avatar and be able to edit your post and such.
