whats your set up on your rds 002 tour? strings, dampener, lead tape, tension, sythentic grip or leather?

I don't have an 002 Tour, but this would be mine.
Stock base grip
Signum Pro Poly Plasma Hextreme 16L mains/Yonex Tour 850 Crosses
Tension 57/55
Babolat Cosmic Dampener Orange
Yonex Supergrap Overgrip White
9grams lead 3&9, 3grams under the bumper. and some in the handle.

do you guys feel u get better control with a mid tension because it seems like u guys go with mid tension on the rds

Dampener: Wilson (Red Target)
Grip: Head Hydrosorb (no overgrip)
Head Tape: Gamma
Frame: Stock/ no lead

I depends on the string you use.
- for hybrid it is recommended to strung the poly 5% lower in tension compared to synth/ multi.
- in general, 002 frame is stiff so you want to keep the tension lower than 60 otherwise the racquet will feel like a brick or too bouncy.

so far been very pleased with my tension setup; offers crisp feel and great control. Again the hybrid strings (tension and type) complement each other. I tried playing using a single type of string and it felt flat compared to the hybrid.

my previous set up:

klip legend natural gut 16 gauge crosses 62
original grip thinking about a leather grip but how does that effect the swing weigth and feel?

i just recently restrung it with kirschbaum super smash at 59 but havent had the chance to play with it yet

I find this frame packs a lot of power and would like to know if anyone has strung one of these at 64 or 65# with any type of string and what the results were?

I just got th UL version. I ll put some strings and go for a test, so i will come back on this.

Basilj you should try this setup...very very confy and has lowered the extra power i had with the previous set up
