Best PDA for under $200?

I saw a computer post below which reminded me that I'm in the market for a new PDA Handheld. My Palm IIIxe is kinda on the old and slow side (although it's built like a tank) so I'm looking for something a little more advanced.

Can anyone offer their opinions on the best PDA handheld for under $200?

Palm Tungsten E, Sony Clie TJ27, etc.
