I'm thinking about trying out a pair of SHT 305s after all the great things i have read about them. I have been wearing BIIIs in a size 9 for the last few years. When I switched to Adidas from Reebok, I went up a 1/2 size from 8.5 in Reeboks to size 9 in Addias. I did this because for me, Adidas seemed to fit narrower. All my other shoes I wear a 8.5. should I get a size 8.5 SHT 305 or stay with a size 9? Thanks

I wear Reebok Match Day Pumps in 11 1/2 US.
Adidas are 11 1/2 for me also.
Nike are size 12 for me.
Tried on SHT 305s, was a 11.
All US sizes btw...

Rob,
If you thought the Adidas 9 was a better fir due to narrowness, DEFINITELY stay with a 9 in the 305's. The way the tongue connects in the Yonex which gives it a sock-like feel will cut down the width in the front of the shoe.

Oh and also the Yonex's have a nice roomy toe box... so i'd say its better for ppl with medium width or wide feet...
Highly recommended shoe as far as i'm concerned...
If you have REALLY narrow feet then try the Diadora Speedzones...

Thanks for the extra info. with the info you guys provided and info I got from another friend, I'll stick with a size 9 SHT 305. Thanks

Yonex 305s are the best shoes I've ever tried period.

Only downside - They do wear quickly.

Hey all,

I'm looking into getting a pair of 305s as well, but had a question about the sizing.

My recent shoe history looks like this:

Barricade IIIs - 11 1/2
Nike Breathe IIs - 11 (and slightly loose, but not enough to go down to 10 1/2)

If I'm reading the comments above correctly it sounds like 10 1/2 would be the right size of 305s to get... would you say that's right or better to go for some in size 11?

Thanks for the help.

I had the Adidas BIV's size 11 and got the same size for the SHT-305's and they actually fit better than the BIV's...
