Everyone knows that men and women tennis players took steroids. They always catch the unpopular players. They never went after players who won major grand slams. We all know who they are.

I think the problem are the tennis fans.

Doping maybe cannot have a solution.
But the most important thing, imho, is that the fans understand that doping has always a great influence over every sport. If we reduce doping as a matter concerning just few sports or few players, we're wrong. I think that if every tennis fan in every tournament ask for a increased antidoping programme, during the match, in different ways, we can maybe begin to solve the problem. If we keep trusting in what all players are always telling us about doping, the problem remains.

Imho.

All the players are tested - as Hingis found out. If "They," whoever "they" are, only catch the unpopular players, maybe that means that the less talented players are doping to try to get an edge on the top players?

In these cases. it's not the Government's role to ban players, its the role of the sport's governing association like the ATP. Now if the ATP is not punishing popular players for doping then we have a problem. But that's not the case.

The government can't do anything about tennis players because there is no "National Tennis League," and 95% of the players are foreign.
