Doubles Toruney

Well this is just funny. My doubles partner and I wanted to sign up for a doubles tournament, and there was only one other team signed up. We looked them both up and couldn't find them in 12's, 14's, or 16's. So we assumed it was their first tournament and we would kick ass. After we had signed up I decided to google their names. As it turns out, they are both from New Zeland, living at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch. One of them was on the New Zeland National 14U Team, and the other on National 12U Team. We were really pumped about this before, but now we're just going to go out and have fun. My strategy- jump the net, pin them down, aim low.

just because there good at singles dosen't mean that there that great at doubles. I have beaten top ranked singles players in doubles.... theres a huge difference.

We're still going to get wrecked. We're hardly statewide ranked let alone nationally. But I'm better at doubles then singles. We'll see though.
