According to Yahoo it was a near capacity crowd ? I thought it was sold out ? Does that just mean that some people who bought tickets didn't show up ?

Most likely. The cynical take is that a bunch of tickets were bought by scalpers who were unable to sell them in time. I'm sure there were a few who bought tickets and then had other plans, though.

^ What's so cynical about that? Seems reasonable to me.
I wish I would have known about it being in Portland earlier. Could have visited a friend up there.
There were probably also some sponsor seats that remained unfilled/unused. Probably just a few seats here and there.

I'd gladly take those seats.:D

Or maybe some people had to work on Friday. (the ticket is for 3-days)

^ Yeah, maybe they bought the tickets without checking the dates first. :P
I vote for scalpers! It sold out in 30 minutes!
