What level do you think you have to be to be able to play DII college tennis in New England?

Having beaten some of those guys, it really depends. There are some guys that can really ball in D2, though. It's the same anywhere: if you go to some JuCo's, sometimes their #1 is a lights-out player. But some of the D2 guys I've played have been 4.0-4.5 at best.
