1. At some point, your parents will pass away. Treasure the times you have with them. You probably won't appreciate this advice until it's too late. So call your parents on Sunday.

2. Read a book a week. Elite coach Mike Boyle said, "Don't believe everything you read. But definitely don't just read what you believe".

Now, it's your turn. Post your words of wisdom..

Make the most of the little moments. Too much expectation and preparation is spent on the big moments while the little ones are the ones that take your breath away, create impressions and make you fall in love.

When you care for someone let them know the moment you realize it. The biggest regrets are the opportunities and people who slip through our fingers out of fear, inaction and waiting for the "perfect moment". There is no such thing as a perfect moment so take a chance while it's yours to take.

If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your own estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.

It is not a weakness to show emotions, admit defeat or apologize for wrong doing but a strength.

Pick your battles.

this is SO true. Happiness or living in sadness are a choice. Unfort, many chose the latter.

When tossing thy racquet against a fence in anger, always remember to avoid hitting the fence crossbar (If thy is averse to buying a new racquet to replace that which would be broken against the fence crossbar).
