Does anyone know how heavy is 1/4 inch wide lead tape?

The weight per 1" is listed on the package. Check out TW's offering; it will probably be listed on the webpage. Babolat has a thicker tape that is double the weight per lineal inch so make sure you know which product you have.
it's a roll of lead tape so there is no package or specification to rea d from

I have 1/4" lead tape and it doesn't say anything on it either about the weight. fortunately I have a scale. I added 4 strips 4 inches each on my racquet and it increased in weight .1 or 1/10 of an oz. if my math is correct, using Larry's .25g per inch, my 4 4-inch strips s/b more like 1/7 of an oz. perhaps I'm not too precise.
Bottom line, I find that using 1/4 " lead tape, you need to add a whole lot of it to make a difference. next time for me, perhaps better to get the babolat tape like Morpheus suggests.
