I think he would use an oversized extended length racquet which is >12oz and headlight. That would be the most scientifically sound racquet for a 3.5 medium sized baseliner. However this racquet is nowhere to be found since 99.99% of the 3.5 medium sized baseliner population don't have a PhD in physics from MIT. It probably wouldn't sell at all.

Which MIT? There's the Michigan Institute of Technology and there's the Massachusettes Institute of Technology.

If we're the talking the Ivy one, then they need a specially decaled racket with a picture of Einstein and Newton. It's got to be covered in equations so that as soon as an opponent looks at the racket, he/she'll go down on their knees clutching their heads in despair.

FINE. If you want to get all technical about it, the MIT that's across the street from Harvard. :)

probably the same racquet that a 3.5 player with a BA in Private Investigation from ITT Tech would use.

i don't think it has anything to do with technicality. that was just a plain wrong statement. it's like somebody saying Penn State is an ivy league school.
