Ok guys, i'm a 17 year old athlete, roughly 6'1 ~170
I'm in the off season right now in terms of tennis, and give me some workouts so i'll maintain and be in even better shape this summer for primarily tennis.
I lift weights and do sprints, but don't have a regimented workout so any suggestions would be great :)
