have some buy the Federer shorts :
Nike Men's Spring Global Control 9" Short

I usualy take my shorts in XL, does those one fit the same or very large?
Have i to take a Large this time?

excellent question. I normally wear a medium in Nike shorts, but I had to buy a small in these and return my mediums.

Take the Large.

i was looking at nikestore clearance section... they got stuff on sale for XL

i'm usually a medium but i recently bought them and got a large i find they do fit a bit tighter around the waist

I found the federer control shorts to fit true to the size guide. Use the tennis warehouse guide to determine your size. It is pretty accurate

on a side note does anyone know how the new federer polo's fit?

Federer's Polo's are a very tight fit. My Nike shirts usually range from Medium to Large. With the Federer Polo, I had to go XL! Same as the shorts, usually a Medium or Large, but had to go for the XL!
Either,I've gained alot of weight or Nike have made there new range 'Slim Fit' :p

Same experience. I bought an L shirt and XL shorts, a combination I usually have. The shirt was too small and shorts were too large. returned today.
