The K Blade Tour weighs 11.8 strung, if you removed the leather grip and replace it with a normal grip, does it weigh as much as the K Blade 98?

Hmm, an untrimmed Wilson Leather Grip weighs about 22 grams so it depends on how heavy the replacement grip will weigh...

I'd say expect a 10 gram or so difference...
