I know that racquet companies like Technifibre, Dunlop and Head have somewhat short handles especially on the player racquets. How does that effect the two handed backhand?

There are lots of racket makers, so players with different needs have a wide selection.
So, if one brand does not have a racket that feels right, there are other companies that have rackets with similar balance, stiffness, and playability that should be considered.
Try lots of rackets and companies until you find one that suits all your needs.

Idk it actually depends on the specs lol or how you hit your backhand (like if you feel more comfortable with a longer grip handle)

There's an easy solution to this dilemma: switch to the one handed backhand.
