Just in the last several days, I've hit with the rest of the rackets I hadn't hit with before. Some I actually played with in the past for a period of time.

I've hit with or played with the following:

1) Dunlop 300G 2) Prince OG mid 3) Prince Diablo MP 4) Prince Diablo Mid 4) Prince NXG Graphite MP 5) Yonex RDX MP 6) Yonex RDX Mid 7) Head LM Prestige MP 8) Head LM Radical MP 9) Head LM Instinct 10) Head LM Fire 11) Volkl Tour 9 12) Wilson PS 95
13) Wilson Rok 14) Babolat Pure Drive 15) Estusa Power Beam Braided 16) Yonex Tour Pro MP and several others.

For me personally, NOTHING compares to the Yonex RDX MP. It has it all. I'm a 5.0 baseliner with pretty good topspin groundstokes and a decent all around game. Just my humble opinion.

great choice for a baseliner in my humble opinion...

Out of curiosity and for enjoyment, I went on a demo spree this past 18 months. With the exception of the Volkl V-E 10 Mid and Yonex RDX 500 Mid, I tried just about every racquet that interested me. My favorites were the Wilson PS Tour 95, Wilson H Tour 95, Wilson Ncode 90, Ncode 95, Prince Diablo Mid, Diablo MP, Fischer Pro # 1 FT, Babolat Pure Control, Pure Drive, and the Volkl Tour 8. The racquet that I considered “good but nothing special” were the Prince NXG Mid, NXG MP, Head LM Prestige Mid, Yonex RDX 500 MP, and several others that I‘m forgetting. The demos that I didn’t like were the Wilson Tour 90 (balance seemed lopsided), Head LM Prestige MP (Evidently this particular demo was strung at 30 lbs. My opinion’s since done a 180 when I strung it at the proper tension), Volkl V-E 9 18x20, Volkl V-E 10 MP, and the Head LM Instinct.

I must say the Diablo MP felt very fun to hit with but I saw what people said--the lack of stability. I really felt it on my slice. The RDX MP adds a bit more stability and drives through the ball better. I didn't feel like I needed the extra 1/4 inch either. The Diablo Mid felt good but a tad too heavy.

I probably like swing weights in the 315-320 area with at least 8 points HL. The LM prestige felt good but I like a bit of a thinner beam--it feels more maneuverable to me. It also feels a tad heavy.

The LM Radical and Volkl Tour 10 MP both are very good rackets but not HL enough for me--that's just my preference. With a more HL racket, I feel like I can have more touch, more feel and generate more racket speed.

Those specs sound like you should be begging to try the Wilson PS 6.0 95 (SW: 317, 10 pt. HL). :D

It's a bit underpowered compared to the RDX MP, Diablo MP or LM Prestige MP, don't you think? It didn't get nearly as good a review as these three rackets.

I'm now feeling that the Prestige, if strung a bit looser, might be the better stick for me. I'm confused, I'm sure you guys can see that.

The Prestige Mid is the best in my humble opinion.

I like it but not quite enough power for me.

coria i suggest you ignore the specs, ignore the reviews, and dont pay attention to all these posters trying to help, and especially to those not even steering you to choices amongst your list..no wonder you are confused. you demo'd lots of frames....pick one..pick the one you play the best with..the one that best supports your strengths and game, and call it a day...quit second guessing yourself or you wont be confident w. any frame you choose, and you'll be going thru this exercise again quite soon.

what about the Diablo MP? It got just as good of ratings as the RDX and the LM Prestige.

The Diablo MP is an excellent racquet. Love its spin potential and maneuverability.

As Mojo said, it's what feels best for you and you felt quite strongly about the RDX500 midplus. I've tried the Diablo mid and didn't feel it had good touch at the net.
