big problem with tennisone.com

firstable excuse my english but i'm french i don't know if it 's the good place to post this message but..
i've a big problem to cancel my subscription with tennisone.com thirstable a join this website for a free month and when i search to cancel my account at the end of the trial month it was impossible to find a place where to click to cancel it , then now i have a year membership with automatic credit card renew:evil:
i absolutly don't want that i don't want to subscribe to this site
so i sent many email to tennisone.com and the answer was " go to account info and there you can cancel you're subscription" IT'S A BIG LIE there is no place where to click to cancel my account in my "account info" nothing here
i want to have my money back annd not to subscribe
tennisone now don't answer to my emails

what can i do???

U got a few options. You can call u r credit card company and ask them to cancel the payments.

U can go extreme and cancel the credit card (and request a new card from u r bank).


Personally i had ( i am no longer a subscriber) very good experience with tennisone.com. They have a very good service. I guess there must be some confusion somewhere.

please read my post i've sent them many and many mails and the only answer i 've had is "go in your account info" and there you can cancel your subscription"

see the jpeg of a capture of my account info and can you see a place where cancel registration...... not me or perhaps i need glasses

Is it possible that you've exceeded the trial period, hence the option to cancel has been removed?

even the trial period is fisnished you can cancel your membership
it's written on the website
here "$39.95 per year. Your credit card will be billed automatically each year, with the option to cancel at any time. (Note: TennisOne membership fees are subject to change).

ok i want to beleive them but where cancelling membership?????nowhere

weird. my cancel button is right beside "save changes". i'm not sure why you don't have one.

did you try diffent browser (eg Internet explorer Vs FireFox)? or a different machine ? -- unlikely but worth a try.
