Has anyone tried mixing the two different inserts for the prince speedport racquet's?

I'd like to hear some feedback on that question as well, I'll be getting some speed port blacks here soon.

do you mean one insert on one side and no grommets on the other?

I think he means one color on one side and one on the other. So a O3 Speedport Tour could have a orange frame, green grommets on one side, and blue on the other.

well that's just mixing colors... lol.... that's not really a big difference.

A girl I know put the string holes in the mains and string ports in the crosses... I thought it felt way better then when she had full string ports. There was added feel and control which was a big plus, she has the o3 sp black and strung it with alu power rough mains and vs team gut crosses @ 60lbs. When I demoed the black and sp tours I preferred the full string hole job and still do with the black, would like to know how the tour feels w/ mixed grommets.

im sure you could take out the speedports and just paint them and stick em back in as long as you dont put too much paint on them

i mean places string holes and string ports together in the same racquet

My mistake. Would be interesting, because you'd have an unevenly balanced racket. Try it. It may become Prince's new technology.

I've been demoing a pair of SP Black for a month now. I have string HOLES at 3/9 and sting PORT at 12. SW is lowered due to the lighter grommet at 12 which allows me to add about 6g of lead at 3/9.
