View Full Version : PS 6.0 Replacement? AG200 or RDS001

Just as the title says, I'm looking for a replacement for my Wilson PS 6.0 (95") racquets.
It's a TINY bit too stiff for me, and the availability of it is a pain.
Which of these two sticks would be a better replacement for me?
Aerogel 200 or Yonex RDS 001 90"
I prefer flat baseline hitting with plow and stability being major preferences.
Thank you for your help.

I should also mention that I've found the Donnay Pro 1 to be slightly too flexible for me.

i think the aerogel 200 might suit your style better. i have both and the rds001 feels more whippy. the 200 hits some nice flat shots and is pretty stable.

ag 200 is a great racket very solid first hit it felt very stable. and the plow through is awesome.

Wow, you don't like the prostaff 6.0 95 :D OK, here is a replacement that mind suit you, Technifibre Tfight 335 (16x20). I move to this since TW doesn't sale the Prostaff 6.0 95 anymore :(, too bad since I still love the Prostaff 6.0 95. The TFight 335 also have the 18x20 version which create more flat shot. Spec are more similar to the Prostaff 6.0 95 but more flexible :)
BTW, if you would like to sale your Prostaff 6.0, let me know, tennisp13 at yahoo. Thanks and good luck finding another racket :)

The RDS 001 90 is similar but you might find it just as stiff...

the rds is a great frame, but it is definitely stiffer. The 6.0 95 actually plays pretty flexy, and is fairly arm friendly. I am surprised you are having problems.

Ok, So I demo'd the AG200 and RDS001 today...
The verdict is neither will be replacing my PS 6.0
They're both too powerful and flimsy feeling compared to the Prostaff. If only Wilson would bring it back.
BTW, Could people stop emailing me about buying my PS 6.0 racquets? I was hoping for a replacement but not planning a sale anytime soon. Sorry guys.
