Hi guys, recently I have started collecting racquets in a very small way, and I am looking to add to my collection.

What I am looking for are older models that were popular amongst pros and club players alike - models that are still highly regarded and used by some of you guys today. For example; Prince OG OS, Trysis 260 Radical.

I will be playing with the racquets so performance is very important - I am an advanced baseliner who plays a lot of doubles - hit with a 2-handed backhand and heavy topspin on both sides. I never slice. I prefer heavier headlight racquets with larger headsizes.

I would like to get basically the most legendary MP or OS stick of the last couple of decades from each company. More than one is cool too if they fit the bill.

Qualifications:
Must have at least a 98sq inch head. I don't mind if it is the MP or OS version of a legendary Midsize frame.
Must weigh at least 11oz unstrung and be headlight.
I would prefer it if the frame was made in the original country of the manufacturer i.e. Austria for Head - not essential

I already have:
5 TwinTube Radical OS's(main stick), 1 Trysis 260 Rad OS, 1 POG OS LB, 1 i.Prestige midplus, 1 k90(I know it doesnt meet my specs:))

Looking at:
Dunlop Revelation Tour OS, Yonex RDS002 Tour - comments?

Thanks in advance for your posts!!!

that is out of your spec range as well, it actually has a 95 inch head.

Since you have already ventured a bit out of your spec range i would go for a wilson 6.0 95... it is a classic.

Thanks HeadPrestige, but the racquets I have don't necessarily represent the frames I want to collect. I am looking for larger than 95sq inches.

The i.Prestige is 98sq inches - are you saying its size is incorrectly marked?

98s and 95 are usually the same size - some companies call them 95s, some call them 97s, and some call them 98s.

For Head, although the Radical 260 is a very nice frame, if you're talking 'classic', I'd definitely go with the Pro Tour 280/630 over the Radical.

Thanks guys. I am definately looking at Pro Tour 280's - I will buy one when I find it in my grip size at a decent price.

Anybody else?

yes.. it is pretty well known that head and pro kennex's 98 inch frames are actually 95 sq inches.
