I'm out right now resting my elbow, and I got exams coming up.. My goal is to have my arm ready by the time my exams are done. I made a list to work on once I start playing.. I want to practice one of these things per day.

Things to work on next time I play:
Play smoother
Relax wrist more on the forehand
Split step with feet wider apart for more explosiveness
Hit more out in front on the two-handed backhand, make sure racquet face is square at contact
Work on volleys
Work on my service technique

Comments, feedback, how to practice these, etc would be appreciated.

These things help me... especially in the warm-up prior to a match.

Play smoother (ready position, knees bent, on balls of feet, anticipate)

Relax wrist more on the forehand (loose comfortable grip)

Hit more out in front on the two-handed backhand, make sure racquet face is square at contact (early preparation... remember you can move to the ball with your racquet back!)

Work on volleys (be loose and ready, bent elbows, bent knees, straight back... no backswing, punch! make sure to watch ball into racquet)

Work on my service technique (relax arms, ball toss out in front, watch the ball... make the same motion everytime!)

Good luck!
