this is a new racquet and i took off the existing grip to put on a leather on and i saw this. are these cracks??? the handle feels solid though. also, some of the bevel edges are sharper and some are rounder.

looks like a crack going all the way across the grip.

yeah, there's a lot more, on other parts of the handle, but only on this one side of the pallet. the other side's fine.

how would i go about getting replacement pallets? i would want to change them anyways since some bevel edges are sharp and some are rounded.

if it's new and it's cracked, you should be able to get the whole thing replaced. not just the pallet. contact the manufacturer. good luck!

Can you get new pallets like Head for Volkls?

ugh this handle is really such poor quality imo. based on what i've seen, the pallet seems to be made of foam with black paint. i was rewrapping the racquet anyways because i was planning on playing tomorrow and bits and pieces of the black paint chipped off the pallet. at this point, i don't even want a replacement as it's just the same poor quality. i'm looking into rpny and possibly have them fit one of their pallets on.

I've never seen a racquet pallet that didn't have some slight imperfections. Those just look like indentations, and they couldn't possible have an effect on how you play.
