Nope because I was born on August 23 1993 and I am still playing in B14's. It only takes you over the day after your birthday....

wow! I would have still been under 14's last year in the usa then. In the uk its calendar year ffs

I thought the USTA moves you up in the month of your birthday?

^^ Yeah thats what it is. If your birthday is on March 29th then you would have to move up to the next age division on March 1st.
