Converting LTA ratings to NTRP ratings

7.2 - 3.5
6.2 - 4.0
5.2 - 4.5
4.2 - 5.0
3.2 - 5.5
2.2 - 6.0

Or something like that however what is flawed is that lta is based on results, so some junior 8.2's which havnt competed much can be better than a 4.2 adult and vice versa which puts the conversion at a wrong as if you are a 7.2 in lta however just don't play enough matches you could be up to a 5.5...

Do you know of any American division 1 teams which will offer scholarships to players of NTRP level of 5+. Preferably in the warmer states

I am a 9.2
and in the ntrp im a 4.0-4.5
