HELP! Need advice on changing HS format

I need advice on how to "grass roots" Georgia HS tennis format from 3 singles 2 dbs (current) to 6 singles and 3 dbs as many other states have done. We have many talented kids on the bench, or worse, getting cut from the small teams. If your state has switched, when and how was it accomplished? Everyone loves the idea, but how do you get the ball rolling? If anyone out there has experience in this realm please post!!! Thanks

You have to have buy in from all of the coaches as well as the AD's of the schools in your district. I tried to get our format to be more like Southern California, but most of the coaches were set in their ways.
The only advice that I can offer you is to write up a proposal, with everything layed out, and meet with all of the coaches and ADs.
