stupid rain = terrible schedule

Central Iowa seems to be rainy on match days only so my hs team has canceled just as many meets as we have played. Naturally they have to be rescheduled, but what does my coach do about that? Schedules meets on 5 of the next 6 days! One of them being an hour and a half away on prom day! Don't get me wrong, I want to play as many matches as possible, but doesn't rescheduling meets suck? :(

JW, why would you want to live in Iowa or like Wisconsin or Oklahoma other than you grew up there...seems like there is nothing there and whenever someone on these forums is from there they complain how far they have to drive to get to indoor courts. "the nearest indoor courts is 1.5 hours away" etc...

yea lower wisconsin lacks exceptional indoor courts...it sucks. but indoor courts are cheap at my club, only 14 dollars an hour.

Don't feel like its just you. So far this year in Junior Southern Designated's, there has been a rain delay at every tournament, and in two of the tournaments I played 2 matches.
