Has anyone else noticed this? There is a new layout for the archived draws on the ATP's website and it sucks big time IMO. It is not easy to discern how the first round of a tournament unfolded. Why would they change it? Here is the draw from Miami to illustrate what I'm talking about:

Yeah, that does suck, but at least they have the link to a PDF file. Those are always better and it would be nice to be able to access old and older PDF files, including the qualifying draws.

It looks the same to me.

That would be nice. Its the ATP's site for christ's sake, would it be that hard for them to include that content? I know I'm whining here but the old format worked just fine and now I've got to open up a draw, so I can open up another draw. WTF.

Really? It used to be a classic bracket where one round led to the other in a linear fashion. Now the rounds are stacked on top of each other so you have to scroll up and down to see results. Man somebody get me a big violin LOL.

I'm on that site all the time, and I really have no idea what you are talking about. Of course most of the time, I'm looking at draws from the 70s/80s, & they always looked just like your link.

If you are talking about the adobe draws of current events, I always thought that was just for the week the event was played, & that afterwards it would be put in the archive & look like it does in that link.

at least it doesn't look like this:

I swear I'm not hallucinating here. You can still open up the adobe draws within the archived one. You right, that doubles draw is horrendous. Side note: How come McEnroe/Fleming won that by default? What happened?

I liked the format from last year´s Roland Garros better:

http://www.atptennis.com/en/common/TrackIt.asp?file=http://www.atptennis.com/posting/2007/520/MDS.pdf

And Federer was the no. 2 seed, it sounds accurate :)
